How long does it take to ship an order?
Usually once payment is received , we will ship items within 24 hours after payment has cleared. If paying with a check, we will have to wait until check clears.
What shipping methods do you use?
We send every order via USPS Parcel Post unless other shipping method is specified or requested . We also ship orders with a Delivery Confirmation.
How does Tainasouvenirs.com charge Taxes?
By law we are require to charge 5% tax to orders made within our state of Massachusetts, this is done automatically when you checkout to place the order. You will see a breakdown of the charges including the taxes.
All other orders are Tax free.

What is your return policy?
You may return an item for store credit or replacement within 7 days of the shipment date. You must contact us prior to shipping items back so we can give you a R.O #. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Merchandise must be in good condition as it was ship to be able to return or exchange.
